Office Reception Suite

Comments:  When a Pleasant Hill company moved its headquarters to the Kansas City area, they realized the heavy, gray reception desk from the old office was an eyesore in their new one. They decided a replacement desk made of natural wood was called for.

We designed this Reception Suite together, to present a friendlier face to their visitors. It also provides a better workspace for the receptionist, as well as more storage space for files and equipment. Nobody's knees have to trip over computer wires!
 

In additional to the work desk with file cabinets, they added a long L-shaped credenza for storage of supplies, providing even more countertop space for the future growth.

The countertops are made of Black Cherry wood while the doors and panels are Red Oak dyed to match their office trim.
